Orders

 

I’m purchasing as a gift, will there be an invoice in the packaging?

 

Yes. The packing slip is included in your order and does include the prices.

 

Cancellations, Refunds, Wrong Addresses, and Damaged Items

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Orders on items are fulfilled quickly so it may not be possible to cancel your order. If it has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Please email [email protected] with your name, and order number and a statement that you want to confirm cancellation ASAP. If the order has already gone through, the order cannot be canceled.

 

My product was damaged, now what?

 

First of all, we apologize for this inconvenience! Please email a picture of the damaged product to [email protected] and include your order number and name.

 

You must report this within 14 days of delivery in order to get your replacement at no cost to you.

 

What if my order was “returned to sender” because I entered the wrong address?

 

If your order is being returned because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the costs to reship the item(s).

 

When we are notified by our shipping team, you will be contacted, and the item will be resent. Please email [email protected] if you notice this issue before we have contacted you.

 

Refunds

 

All sales on this site are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to answer your questions.

Shipping

 

Can I change my shipping address?

 

We cannot guarantee it. Please check your order carefully before submitting your order. Again, orders can be fulfilled fairly quickly so please email [email protected] ASAP to see if this can be changed.

 

 

How long will it take to get my stuff?

 

For Pre-Orders: Your item(s) will ship after the date of launch. You will receive the item about 5-7 business days after the launch of that item, depending on your purchase date.

 

For example, Thirty-One Reasons to Praise launches on September 23, 2016. Your item will ship approximately 5-7 days after.

 

If you order between 9/18 and 9/22, it may take longer depending on what is already in stock and on hand.

 

For all other orders: These times may vary, but typically between 5-10 business days.

 

How will my order be packaged?

 

The books on the site are shipped from a different site than the other items. Therefore, you will receive multiple packages if you have bought different types of items.

 

If you order a book and a shirt, for example. The book will ship from one location and your shirt from another, so you will receive two different packages.

 

This might also be the case if you purchase a mug and a shirt. Because we want to take special care of your items, mugs could be packaged separately to ensure they get to you in one piece. This would be cause for multiple packages as well.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time

 

Shipping costs

FYI shipping costs for some items, such as mugs, are higher as they are delivered by a different carrier. Shipping is applied to ALL orders.
